Copyrights

Revista de Arquitectura is an open-access journal edited by the Department of Architecture, Faculty of Architecture and Urbanism at the University of Chile. It is published under a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 International License. This means that authors grant rights for the publication of their articles, and anyone can share that content while acknowledging its authorship and original location, providing a link to it. Similarly, those accessing the material cannot modify it, create derivative versions, or exploit it commercially. The copyright transfer agreement to Revista de Arquitectura implies:

1. Authors retain the copyright of their articles and grant Revista de Arquitectura the right to first publish them under the aforementioned Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 International License.
2. The transfer of copyright allows Revista de Arquitectura to publish approved articles in its digital and physical editions, allow third parties to download them as digital documents, translate articles or parts of them into languages other than the original, and use the texts or images for promotion through various channels.
3. Authors may make additional arrangements or negotiations to publish their articles non-exclusively in other media (for example, as book chapters or in institutional repositories), as long as they reference the first publication in Revista de Arquitectura.

The contents, opinions, and viewpoints expressed are the sole responsibility of the authors of the articles and are not necessarily endorsed by Revista de Arquitectura.
